Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Please check this website for any updates or revisions.





Most in-stock items will be shipped to you within 24 hours of ordering.

Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered.  You will be alerted by email in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.  Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you within 24 hours of your purchase.

As soon as your package leaves, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your shipment so you may check it on the USPS web site.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Lorybird ships by USPS by Priority Mail.  Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items to be purchased. We do not charge any handling fees.  You can see the shipping cost for the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the Estimate Shipping & Tax button on the View Cart page.

International - Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination.  Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country.  Contact your local customs office for details.

Returns Policy

  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
  • Returned items must be received by Lorybird no later than fourteen (14) days after customer receipt of package.
  • Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags.
  • Hosiery, jewelry and sale items may not be returned.
  • We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
  • We will not accept any returned items without the Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package (see below).
  • Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How To Return an Item to Lorybird:

  1. Email us at within 1 week of receiving your item.  Please tell us why you are returning the item.
  2. We will email you back a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned and mail it to:

  4. Returned items will be refunded excluding the costs of shipping.


Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.  Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.  Returned items will be refunded excluding the costs of shipping.
